About Insights On Education

 

Insights On Education is a legal accountability §59-65-47 Home School Association and is registered with the SC Dept. of Education.  Mandates shown in the above code of law as well as our stated requirements are enforced for all of our members.

Insights On Education is a non-profit organization and is open to all homeschooling families as their legal accountability option. The director and board members are comprised of Christian volunteers that adhere to our Statement of Faith.  In all that we do, we aim to glorify God and exemplify a Godly example. This extends to all of our functions such as Family Day, Graduation, Formals or other planned gatherings.

Insights On Education was formed to assist the families in South Carolina that have chosen to educate at home. The laws in South Carolina provide for each family to have the legal option to home school. The role of each parent/teacher is held with the highest regard and allow for each parent/teacher to make the best decisions for their own child(ren) with regards to testing, curriculum choices, social outlets etc.

Insights On Education is tailored to meet the needs of each family. I.O.E. will assist you to obtain your legal status and offer many outlets for you and your child(ren) during the year. Knowing that there are no two home schooling families alike, I.O.E. respects and allows each family to make their own choices and decisions regarding the needs of their child(ren).

I.O.E. offers academic transcripts for all students, including High School Transcripts at no additional cost.

Our ultimate goal for your child’s education is that of a successful one. We believe that each child should have the opportunity for educational excellence and parents should be afforded the tools to make it possible.

South Carolina has wonderful outlets for you, the home schooling family, and we will strive to put you in touch with other families and keep you informed of events that will make your schooling successful. We believe that social, as well as educational outlets are an important part of home education.
